Response time
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days. Editorial corrections are prioritised - if you've spotted an error in a review, we will action it as soon as possible (and update the review with the correction date).
Complaints
If you have a complaint about our editorial coverage of a specific provider, please contact editorial@bestboatinsurance.com.au. We take complaints seriously and will investigate, respond, and where appropriate publish a correction or update.
For complaints about an insurance product or insurer (rather than our review of one), please contact the insurer directly. If you cannot resolve a dispute with an insurer, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) provides free, independent dispute resolution at afca.org.au.
